Imagination – A process of the mind

In “Engineering of Mind – An Introduction To The Science Of Intelligent Systems”, p. xii,  the hypothesis is that imagination is a process of visualization and conceptualization.  The example given is generating images from assumptions about state, attributes, and relationships of objects, events, situations, and classes.

Thinking will require the ability to imagine.  We will have to explore and see how this might take place.
